These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phperry online casino and sports betting platform ("Platform"), operated by phperry and accessible at phperry.club. phperry operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phperry's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the phperry Platform, including registered account holders ("Players") and visitors browsing the Platform without an account.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with phperry or to place any wager on the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is consistent with Philippine gaming law. phperry strictly enforces this age restriction.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phperry is required under its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all account holders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documentation as requested, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Philippine System ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS ID). phperry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if it changes.
3.2 Account Approval. phperry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not become effective until phperry confirms your account via email or SMS.
3.3 Single Use. Your phperry account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or permit any third party to use your account. phperry is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account that occurs as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phperry username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any person. phperry will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phperry immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phperry will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from authorized or unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phperry offers two-factor authentication ("2FA") as an optional security enhancement. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. phperry accepts no liability for account compromises suffered by Players who have not enabled available security features.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phperry accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and other Philippine payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. phperry will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts that differ from those used for the original deposit, except at phperry's discretion and subject to additional verification.
5.4 Processing Times. phperry endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing, network congestion, or additional verification requirements. phperry does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phperry is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.6 Segregated Funds. In compliance with phperry's PAGCOR license conditions, player funds are held in accounts separate from phperry's operational funds. This segregation protects player balances from phperry's business liabilities.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on the phperry Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These include, without limitation, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Abuse. phperry reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
6.4 Modification. phperry reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already in progress.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
7.2 RNG Certification. All games on the phperry Platform that use random number generation ("RNG") are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. phperry publishes return-to-player ("RTP") rates for all applicable games.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects game integrity, phperry reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return wagers to Players' accounts. phperry's decision regarding malfunctions is final.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. phperry may impose maximum winnings limits per game, session, day, week, or month. These limits are published in the relevant game information or terms. phperry reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings that exceed applicable limits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phperry Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Commitment. phperry is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We comply with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements and actively encourage Players to gamble within their means.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of their choosing, ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests may be made through the account settings dashboard or by contacting phperry customer support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, phperry will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications.
9.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through the account settings dashboard. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
9.4 Age Verification Enforcement. phperry implements mandatory KYC verification to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all funds will be returned, less any withdrawals already made.

All content on the phperry Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game titles, game designs, text, and user interfaces, is the intellectual property of phperry or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without phperry's prior written consent.
11.1 The phperry Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phperry makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phperry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phperry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.4 phperry accepts no liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party payment providers.
12.1 By phperry. phperry reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraud or criminal activity has occurred, that the account holder is under 21 years of age, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
12.2 Fund Return. Upon account termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms, phperry will return any verified balance to the Player via the last used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to phperry.
12.3 By Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phperry customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phperry, you agree to first contact phperry's customer support to seek informal resolution. phperry will endeavor to respond to complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, as phperry operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
13.3 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phperry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. phperry will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material amendments via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
